For overturning and emptying 220 kg drums containing concentrates, pulps, fruit creams and tomatoes in aseptic and non-aseptic bags.
The system consists of:
- Collection tank, entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Mono pump, with flanged screw hopper on the bottom of the tank.
- Minimum level indicator.
- Lever drum tipper, driven by two pneumatic cylinders with saddle for housing the drum.
- Two rubber-coated motorised rollers, to squeeze the empty bags.
- Control panel and electric-pneumatic system on the machine.
- Skid support and assembly platform in stainless steel with adjustable feet.
