Our aseptic filling machines are designed for the filling of flexible, pre-sterilized bags in multilayer barrier laminates, with 1” and 2” nozzles and pressure cap.
All filling machines are fully automatic and programmable through the touch-screen operator panel. Filling machines with “MULTI-CAP” aseptic heads to fill any type of cap with automatic tooling and adjustment and without the use of tools on the machine.
They can process most food products even highly viscous ones such as concentrates or products with pieces such as diced tomato or fruit.

We have three different filling machine models, each of which can be two-headed or one-headed.
The filling is performed with the bag in an upright position, directly inside the rigid container (cylindrical or conical drum, cardboard, bin).
The filling head works under vapour pressure and is protected by flowing steam barriers.
All the machines are supplied with a touch-screen panel, from which it is possible to access a dynamic colour synoptic panel and view the paths of the various fluids that change colour according to the active cycle, with the relative actuators and control and adjustment accessories.
Through each element displayed you can access control loops to set the variables and alarm thresholds.
All the controlled values are displayed in real time, such as: temperature, level, pressure, motors, valve status. All the alarms in progress, and the logs stored on a permanent and removable support for printing the stored data, are shown on the display.
Through the self-diagnosis menu it is possible to display the current state of the control system to immediately detect the state of the machine and any interventions to be carried out to restore the normal operation of the system.
“JUNIOR” model
Essential and economical machine designed for small production capacities, for semi-automatic operation assisted by the operator.
Structure in AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with filling heads with tilting movement with single, static drum, supported by a thrust roller.
The filling can be controlled by weight and/or volume by means of a volumetric flow meter.
At the end of the filling, the drums are individually weighed and a self-adhesive label is printed, giving not only the gross and net weight but also other key package data.
Finally, the drums are palletised by means of a swivel arm hoist.
“VERTIBAG” model
For the automatic filling of individual drums for subsequent palletisation.
Economic machine with high production capacity, consisting of a bridge structure where the operator is in an ergonomic position between the two filling heads.
Built in shaped sheet metal with cabinet uprights, one of which serves as an electrical panel and the other contains all the steam and vacuum services.
The heads are fixed, the drums move vertically to facilitate the correct filling of the bag. The drums entering and exiting the machine are transferred automatically.
Filling managed by a volumetric flow meter.
The drums are subsequently weighed and the label printed with the key package data and the gross and net weight.

For the automatic filling of both drums directly on the pallet and bins.

The containers are static while the filling heads move vertically to facilitate the filling phases of the bag.
The paddles move in an automatic synchronised manner.
Bridge support structure where the operator is in an ergonomic position between the two filling heads, with cabinet uprights in which the electrical panel and the steam and vacuum services are respectively housed.
The filling can be managed at the choice of the operator both by volume and weight, and in any case the full container is weighed and the label is printed with the package data and the gross and net weight of each package.
Two types of filling heads are available, both with cylindrical tempered glass wall.
– “Mono-cap” model, equipped for the handling of a certain type of cap, to be defined in advance; if you want to change the type of cap, you must change the related equipment. The head can be inspected internally using work tools.
–“Multi-cap” model, which can handle any type or shape of cap as selected in the operator panel. The head is equipped with a servomechanism for opening for inspection without the aid of equipment.
